Website Privacy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the website only — services we provide to clients are governed by the agreements we sign with them, including a Business Associate Agreement wherever patient information is involved.

  1. 01

    Who we are

This website is operated by Carevory Health (“Carevory”, “we”, “us”). Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to us through the contact page.

  2. 02

    What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect the business contact details you provide: your name, work email, organization, and, if you choose to share them, your role, phone number, time zone, the service you’re interested in and your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

  3. 03

    Patient information

This website is for business inquiries only and is not a channel for patient care. Please do not submit patient names, medical records or any other protected health information through it. If you send such information by mistake, tell us and we will delete it. For a medical emergency, call 911.

  4. 04

    How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond to you, arrange the conversations you request, prepare proposals and keep a record of our business correspondence. We use technical data to operate the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

  5. 05

    Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and it does not track you across other websites. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

  6. 06

    Who receives it

Your information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf — our website host and the email and customer-relationship tools we use to receive and manage inquiries. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

  7. 07

    Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

  8. 08

    Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to inquiry records is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share.

  9. 09

    Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. Send requests through the contact page and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

  10. 10

    Children

This website is intended for healthcare organizations and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

  11. 11

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
